Rio Rancho Barn Venue at A & M Ranch

All  Barn Venue Packages include: 

• 2400 sq. ft. pole barn, concrete floors, and string lights.
• Electrical run by our quiet generator
• Indoor Seating: Includes 10 Lifetime round tables with 7 black chairs per table) and 9 rectangle tables with 6 white chairs per table . Total Seating 124. Sweetheart wood table-2 chairs.
• Food and Drink Bar
• Do it Yourself (DIY) Set up/ Clean up 
• No AC however, we have 4 doors that bring in cool breeze, two large overhead fans, and a large swamp cooler.
• No Heating, however we have 6 propane heaters (extra fee for propane)

• Located on the S/W corner of our 40-acre lot, Rio Ranchos Barn has a great view of sunrises, sunsets, and night sky. 
• The wedding ceremony area has string lights and offers a fantastic view of the Sierra Nevada mountains. 
• A large area if you want to expand the party outside. 
• A single porta potty is available for the first 50 people. If there are more than 50 people, additional stalls are required. You can order an extra stall or luxury restroom. We have a list of recommendations. 
• There is Lots of parking on the barn's south side facing the street. Parking attendant recommended. 

•  We have a vendors list. 
• We do not set up or clean up. Plan for an hour before and after. The packages include setup and clean-up time. ie. 5 hours means an hour before and hour after the 3 hour event. 
• You must obtain an event insurance policy that covers liability and vendors. A contract will be signed with Escarcega Enterprise. 
• If alcohol is served, you must follow CA rules for serving alcohol with the licensed bartender. Security is required if alcohol is served. 
• Western Decor and supplies available for an additional cost. I.e. (tablecloths, door drapes,  table decor, cold drink cooler and dispenser, large coffee pot,photo props, etc.)
