No AC, however, we have 4 doors that bring in cool breeze, two large overhead fans, and a large swamp cooler.
No Heating, however we have 6 propane heaters (extra fee for propane)
Indoor decor available (extra fee. tablecloths, drink dispensers, platters, table decor, door drapery, photo props, etc.)

Located on the southwest corner of our 40-acre lot, the Big Red Barn offers a stunning view of sunrises, sunsets, and the stars.
The wedding ceremony area has string lights and offers a fantastic view of the Sierra Nevada mountains.
A large area if you want to expand the party outside.
A single porta potty is available for the first 50 people. If there are more than 50 people, additional stalls are required. You can order an extra stall or luxury restroom. We have a list of recommendations.
The parking lot is located at the barn's south side facing the street. Parking attendant recommended.
Outdoor decor available (wheel barrels, aluminum tubs, burlap mats, etc.)

We do not set up or clean up. Plan for an hour before and after. For example, a 5-hour package includes an hour before and an hour after the 3-hour event.
You must obtain an event insurance policy that covers liability and vendors. A contract will be signed with Escarcega Enterprise.
If alcohol is served, you must follow CA rules for serving alcohol with the licensed bartender. Security is required if alcohol is served.
Western Decor and supplies available for an additional cost. I.e. (tablecloths, door drapes, table decor, cold drink cooler and dispenser, large coffee pot,photo props, etc.)
