Barn Venue at A & M Ranch
Indoors
- 2400 sq. ft. pole barn, concrete floors, and string lights.
- Electrical run by a quiet generator
- No AC, however, we have 4 doors that bring in cool breeze, two large overhead fans, and a large swamp cooler.
- No Heating, however, we have 6 propane heaters (extra fee for propane.
- 10 round white tables, 9 rectangular tables, and 124 chairs are available.
- The barn includes a permanent sofa lounge area, bookshelves, a piano, and a bar for drinks and food.
- A larger projector screen and TV are available.
- Musician/DJs must bring in their own sound system.
- An aluminum tub for cold drinks, and a bathtub drink holder outdoors.
- Western Decor and supplies are available for an additional cost. i.e., (tablecloths, door drapes, table decor, cold drink cooler and dispenser, large coffee pot, photo props, etc.)
Outside
- Located on the southwest corner of our 40-acre lot, the Big Red Barn offers a stunning view of sunrises, sunsets, and the stars.
- The wedding ceremony area has string lights and offers a fantastic view of the Sierra Nevada mountains.
- A large area for seating or camping, with a secure bonfire area.
- Space for a food truck (taco trucks are the best!)
- A single porta-potty is available for the first 50 people. If more than 50 people are present, additional stalls are required. You can order an extra stall or a luxury restroom. We have a list of recommendations.
- The parking lot is located at the barn's south side, facing the street. Parking attendant recommended.
- Outdoor decor available for additional cost. i.e., wheel barrels, aluminum tubs, burlap mats, etc.

- DIY-We do not set up or clean up. Allow time to set up and clean up after.
- You must obtain an event insurance policy that covers liability and vendors. A contract will be signed with Escarcega Enterprise.
- If alcohol is served, you must follow CA rules for serving alcohol with the licensed bartender. Security is required if alcohol is served.
